Rotten caravans, failed chassis and non-towable tourers need a different service

There is a clear line between a caravan we can buy and one that needs disposing of.

Clear photos and honest details are required before we confirm any quote.

Please show the front, rear and both sides of the caravan. Include the hitch, wheels, tyres and any visible exterior damage. Inside, photograph the seating area, kitchen, washroom, floor and any known damp or damaged sections.

We also need to know what works, what does not and when the caravan was last moved.

People often tell us a caravan is towable and the photos reveal something very different. Sometimes the walls are going. Sometimes the wheels are missing. Sometimes the floor has dropped so far that walking through it feels like testing a trampoline.

The confirmed figure comes after we have seen real photos, not before.

Why hidden damp or damage can change an earlier estimate

An early estimate is only as accurate as the information behind it. If "minor damp" later turns out to be widespread rot, the figure may change. If the chassis has failed or the caravan cannot tow, it may become a disposal job.
